Straps broke
I ordered two of these bags to use in our cars to hold emergency supplies. I am guessing they don't do well with the temperature changes we have in our area because when I picked up the bags in both cars, the straps broke on each bag. The company I bought them from was kind enough to replace one of them free of charge. But, I gave up on getting another one when the same thing happened to the second bag. It's a shame, due to being happy with the size, price, and simplicity of the bag.
