Please note that we get many requests for cards and while we do our best to fulfill them, we are not always able to. We can only ship cards within the U.S. and may impose a limit of 1 card per request/household if quantities are limited. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
To request a card, please mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to the address below. Requests are fulfilled in the order they are received while quantities last. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will hold your envelope for future cards when they become available. Thank you for your support!
