As a family-owned business with more than two decades of experience designing and supplying quality luggage, we understand that sometimes things go wrong. Our products are 100% guaranteed against any defects in workmanship and/or materials. If your bag is damaged through normal, everyday use, send it back to us and we will more than likely send you a new one. If you really like your old bag and would like to try and save it, we’ll do everything we can to get it back into shape, even if we have to break out the duct tape and bailing wire. Although our products are designed with security and protection in mind, our guarantee does not cover replacing or repairing personal items that have been damaged or lost while used in conjunction with our bags or cases. If you accidentally run over your gym bag, we won’t be able to replace your hair dryer. We will, however, ask you if we can post the story on Facebook, so be sure to take pictures. Lastly, warranty claims are reviewed on a case by case basis. If you are nice to us and tell us a good story about how you broke a shoulder strap while you were wrestling your mother-in-law, we will do everything within reason to get you fixed up like new.
